This year’s crop went as well as any we’ve ever done. Very efficient and smooth with almost no mishaps. Again, we got Syrah and Sanjiovese. Syrah could use some time in the bottle but the Sanjio was really good right away.
I know I say that every time was the best time but 2021 bottling was certainly one of the best times. I’d put up more pics but the other 5 guys (and wine rats) haven’t sent any so….
